学科组介绍:本学科组主要从事鱼类行为学和鱼类进化生物学两个方面的研究。在鱼类行为学方面,主要以鳑鲏鱼类、鳜鱼及其它鲤科鱼类作为模式,研究鱼类的繁殖行为、摄食行为、学习行为,和行为的发育等,以便理解动物行为学的普遍规律,从而更好地进行鱼类资源开发利用和保护。在鱼类进化生物学方面,我们的研究兴趣主要集中在东亚淡水鱼类的起源和进化方面。通过整合分子和形态学数据,采用分子系统发育分析及系统发育比较的方法,重建东亚淡水鱼类尤其是鲤形目鱼类的系统发育关系,研究它们的物种分化模式及过程,表型和基因型随时间和空间的变化,进化的节奏及模式等。
