水生无脊椎动物分类与多样性学科组

学科组介绍:本学科组的研究方向为淡水无脊椎动物学。重点研究重要类群的分类学和系统学、生物多样性格局及其驱动过程、动物对人类干扰的响应以及在受损生态系统的生态功能,以及濒危无脊椎动物的致危过程和机制。(1)分类学与系统进化。运用形态学、分子生物学、个体发育等手段对无脊椎动物关键类群开展α、β、γ水平上的分类学和系统学研究。(2)多样性格局及其驱动过程。在深入开展内陆水体无脊椎动物多样性格局(如β多样性、镶嵌度等)的基础上,在不同的尺度上,研究关键驱动机制(环境选择、生态漂变、物种形成和个体扩散)对这些格局的影响。(3)对人类干扰的响应以及在受损生态系统的生态功能。在摸清动物的群落结构、功能和生物多样性,及甄别驱动动物分布的关键环境要素的基础上,剖析群落对人类干扰(如土地利用、全球气候变化)的响应。在此基础上,构建基于无脊椎动物的生态系统健康评价标准体系,为我国严重富营养化水体的治理提供科学和技术支撑。(4)河流无脊椎动物生态学研究。选择我国不同地域的典型河流,系统开展无脊椎动物的生态学研究,以期实现我国河流无脊椎动物生态学研究的全面跃升。在此基础上,探讨重要河流理论在我国河流系统的普适性及特殊性,为我国流域的综合管理与可持续发展提供科学依据。(5)濒危无脊椎动物的致危过程和机制。
